Working with Colton Clark as our realtor was the best decision we made as first-time homebuyers in the competitive Vancouver market. From our very first meeting, Colton’s warmth and genuine care for our journey were evident. We had an endless list of questions and Colton answered every single one with incredible patience and clarity, never once making us feel rushed or overwhelmed.
He truly took the time to educate us on the process, from navigating strata documents to referrals to his complete network of professionals. It made the process just that much easier that I didn't have to take the time to find a notary or inspector on my own. Colton didn't just want to sell us a home, he wanted to make sure we found the right home that fit our lifestyle and future. Cheesy maybe, but it's the truth. His responsiveness and 'above and beyond' attitude made a stressful process feel like an exciting adventure. If you are looking for a realtor in Vancouver who is as kind as he is professional, we cannot recommend Colton Clark enough!

I recently sold my condo with my brother Colton Clark from Hammer Group eXp Realty, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience. Colton helped me find and purchase industrial warehouse space for my construction company shop. He was extremely patient with the lengthy search and readily available when we needed questions answered. His no pressure approach and genuine interest in making sure that I was making the best decision to suit my needs was refreshing and kept me comfortable throughout the process. He was proactive and organized when it came to closing and was able to effectively negotiate price on my behalf excellent value in the current market. Colton was amazing to work with! This was our first time buying and at times I felt like I had really dumb questions😂, however Colton took his time and answered all my questions in such detail without making me feel so clueless!! If “No question is a dumb question” was a person it would be Colton🤣
We were able to get the property we had our hearts set on and we thought we weren’t going to get it and we were prepared to be told no .. BUT we ended up having our offer accepted!! Despite of the seller already accepting another buyers’ offer.
The process was a smooth sailing, the constant communication and keeping us informed about everything that’s been going on really put our minds at ease knowing that we are being taken care of in terms of the sale etc.
I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Colton again, if ever my other family members do decided in the future that they want to purchase a property, Colton would be our guy. ☺️

I can’t say enough about the time and effort that Colton put in to our house search - he was constantly impressing us by the amount of suggestions he’d present to us that were near-perfect matches to what we were looking for. He also did a great amount of homework on any place we decided we would seriously consider, and found a couple concerning aspects that we likely wouldn’t have found ourselves, or much too late.
Colton clearly knows his stuff, and also clearly cares about who he takes on as clients, making sure that we wound up with a place that fit every detail that we were looking for. The combo of knowledge and empathy seems to be a hard thing to find these days, and he shows both in spades. I highly recommend him for any real estate needs you have!

The housing market in Vancouver is not an easy market for a first time home buyer. You are constantly entering bidding wars which leads to disappointment and frustration. Coltons patience and dedication to finding us not only the perfect home but a home that fit our budget was unparalleled. He worked with us for over a year and never gave up on our dream.
